Thank you for inviting me to be part of this community and to provide comments as I feel. I loved this first article and the PIES idea. I remember years ago taking the Myers Briggs test and being the highest rated Introvert in the room. Then when I took it again several years later with a group of people I had moved closer to middle, but the room was full of introverts and it explained so much to me including why I was not overly happy in this particular office of people.
