A Day of Silence and Stillness – Thursday, July 23

Join us Thursday, July 23 from 9:30-2:30 for a day of delicious stillness.  Only a 30-45 minute drive from the DC area, at a retreat center in Germantown, MD and you feel like you stepped into another world.  One that offers space, ease and fresh air.

The day begins at 9:30 with an orientation and opening circle that guides you into 3-4 hours of silence.  What you do during that period of silence is up to you.  Go for a walk, meditate, write, sit on the porch, observe nature.

What will I get from the Day of Silence and Stillness?  The possibilities are endless and depends on you.  Perhaps you will experience some inner peace, joy, relief, spaciousness, answers, creativity, new ideas, resolution, productivity, wisdom, understanding, forgiveness . . .
